SwanTel Maintenance

SwanTel provides various levels of Support in the form of annual Maintenance Agreements, where we are able to assist with any queries, troubleshoot and repair faults on a system. Our tiered Maintenance Agreement model allows the customer to choose a level of support that best suits their requirements, without extra charges for other services that may not be required. The summarised service levels are below:

  • 3-months Complimentary Silver Support Cover provided for every new software package purchased  

       Bronze Cover

  • Unlimited Telephone Support  (Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST)

       Silver Cover (Bronze Cover Plus)

  • Re-Installation & System Re-Configuration Support
  • Remote Internet Connection for virtual on-site support

       Gold Cover (Bronze and Silver Cover Plus)

  • Software Upgrades (as they become available) 
  • Updates to STANDARD Carrier Call Pricing Tables
  • Updates to current National & International Exchanges
  • Updates to On-Line User Guides      
  • Access to downloads from the Callista Website

  • 3-months Complimentary Standard Support Cover provided for every new voicemail system purchased


       Standard Service
  • Unlimited Telephone Support  (Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST)
  • Remote addition and reconfiguration of mailboxes
  • Design of customised programs (within system capabilities) 
  • Remote upload/configuration of customised programs
  • Remote assistance with FonoMail System Settings Reconfiguration
  • Daylight-Saving time changes as requested

       Premium Service (Standard Service Plus FonoMail Hot-Swap)

  • Once the faulty unit has been returned to SwanTel a replacement unit will be dispatched. Customer shall receive replacement unit within 3 working days of SwanTel receiving faulty unit (subject to stock availability)    
  •  Replacement FonoMail will be pre-configured and ready to re-connect to the PABX. Excludes personal mailbox greetings, mailbox messages, customised programs and changes that were made since last backup.   

If you would like to know more about these services or to determine which level of cover best suits your organisation, please contact our office. Alternatively, if you opt not to renew your SwanTel Maintenance Cover and require assistance in the future, our technical support staff are able to assist you, however these calls are timed and incur charges. Software upgrades are not available and Remote Internet Connections are not possible.
