SwanTel - What We Do

At SwanTel, we have over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, specialising in call management, voicemail and conferencing systems. We provide our customers with high quality solutions by offering products that are tailored to suit a range of applications from offices, to hospitality enterprises and call centres. Even though SwanTel is established in Melbourne, through a network of over 150 resellers and the technology of Remote Connection Software, we are able to service all areas of Australia.

SwanTel strives for customer satisfaction and provides prompt technical support to our clientele. Any queries are happily answered over the phone by our technicians and when a query cannot be resolved over the phone, or when geographical distance does not allow us to personally visit the site, remote connections are used to make any possible adjustments. New product updates are also passed onto our customers with valid support agreements as they become available, bringing to them new and improved features. These regular updates greatly assist with the management of their hospitality enterprise, call centre, or general phone system.

Automated Attendant Systems alleviate the load from a busy reception desk, maximising resource allocation and the use of unified voicemail messaging allows staff members to access their messages whilst away from the office with ease through the use of their e-mail system.

To assist in collaboration and communication between individuals and organisations, SwanTel is also able to provide our clientele with the connectivity of audio and video conferencing by supplying the highest quality conferencing products - bridging the gap over long distances.
